| Definition | The Time & Effort Certification process occurs after each semester (3 times a year) to certify personnel charges on sponsored research, thus meeting federal reporting requirements. ORAs new routing & certification process will take place in Mines’ OnBase system. |

The T&E reports review and certification process, within OnBase, went live in October 2021!
This has greatly simplified the T&E reports certification and record keeping process, as all is carried out within OnBase, even the document retrieval.
The T&E report certification Manual is available to assist you. You are also welcome to reach out to ora@mines.edu to request a personal training. This would only take roughly 15 minutes.
